What We Offer
Services

IPM is a manpower supplier. We provide fully certified, deployment-ready Indian and Nepali armed guards to PMSCs and maritime operators — along with the travel logistics and documentation that go with every deployment.

Core Services
What IPM Provides
01
Primary Service
HRA Transit Guard Supply
Armed security teams for vessel transits through designated High Risk Areas. Guards are ex-military, fully certified, and briefed on vessel-specific procedures before embarkation. Squad size is determined by route requirements, vessel type, and client specification.
  • Gulf of Aden, Red Sea, Bab-el-Mandeb, Gulf of Oman, and wider IOR
  • Indian Army, Gorkha Rifles, Naval Security, and BSF backgrounds
  • Nepali Gurkha teams available on request
  • All guards hold STCW, CDC, SSO, DSSD, ENG1, and MSO certifications
  • Guard documentation pack provided to master before boarding
  • DG Shipping compliant throughout
02
Logistics
Travel & Flight Logistics
IPM manages all guard travel arrangements from point of origin to embarkation — flights, transfers, visa documentation, and staging. This is an area where IPM consistently adds real value: we frequently source flight options that are cheaper or more practical than what PMSC partners can find through their own systems.
  • Full flight and transfer logistics managed by IPM
  • Fare sourcing across routes partners may not have access to
  • Visa and travel documentation handled end-to-end
  • 48–72 hour mobilisation capability on qualifying routes
  • Single point of contact from booking through to embarkation
03
Documentation
Deployment Documentation Package
Every deployment comes with a full documentation package. This protects both the vessel operator and the PMSC in the event of any incident or flag state inspection, and ensures the deployment meets BMP-MS requirements throughout.
  • Individual guard credentials and certification copies
  • Weapons manifest and serial number records
  • Rules of Use of Force sign-off documentation
  • Transit log and embarkation / disembarkation records
  • Post-transit incident report issued as standard — nil or otherwise
  • BMP-MS aligned throughout
04
Sub-Supply
PMSC Manpower Sub-Supply
IPM operates as a direct sub-supplier to PMSCs who hold the client relationship but need a reliable, compliant Indian or Nepali guard provider. We integrate with your documentation requirements and can mobilise quickly to meet short-notice requirements.
  • Sub-supply to PMSCs on a per-deployment or standing basis
  • Documentation formatted to client requirements where possible
  • Short-notice mobilisation capability
  • Consistent guard quality — not an ad-hoc pool
Process
How a Deployment Works

Most enquiries come from PMSCs who need to fill a guard requirement quickly and reliably. IPM's process is designed to move fast without cutting corners.

What we need from you: route, vessel type, embarkation date, squad size, and any specific requirements. From there, IPM handles guard selection, travel logistics, documentation, and the embarkation handover.

For clients we work with regularly, the process becomes faster over time. Preferences are known, documentation is pre-loaded, and mobilisation windows tighten accordingly.

05

48–72
Hour Mobilisation

On qualifying routes with guards already staged, IPM can mobilise a fully certified team within 48–72 hours of confirmed booking. This is a capability demonstrated consistently over 13 years of operations.

What makes it possible: a standing pool of deployment-ready guards, established travel and logistics contacts across the IOR, and an operations team that knows how to move quickly without creating documentation gaps.
